Everything Needed for Professional Coating Inspection
Each inspection kit is assembled to support the complete coating inspection process. Depending on the selected kit, instruments may include digital coating thickness gauges, surface profile gauges, dew point meters, wet film combs, adhesion testers, contamination testing equipment, weld inspection tools, and additional accessories required for comprehensive field inspections. This integrated approach helps inspectors work more efficiently while reducing the risk of missing critical measurements.
Note: the ‘Top’ kit is an upgrade from the ‘standard’ kit. It includes the Top models of the 224 and 319 gauges. The 224 allows for the use of a separate probe for increased flexibility in the field and the 319 Top Model utilizes batch memory and Elcomaster™ and Bluetooth® technology.
Designed for Every Stage of a Coating Project
The kits support inspection activities throughout the entire coating lifecycle. Before coating, inspectors can evaluate substrate cleanliness, weld quality, and surface profile. During application, wet film thickness and environmental conditions can be monitored. After curing, dry film thickness, adhesion, and other quality parameters can be verified to confirm compliance with project specifications.
Portable Solutions for On-Site Inspections
All components are supplied in durable carrying cases designed for transportation between inspection sites. The organized layout protects sensitive instruments while allowing inspectors to quickly locate the required gauge in the field. Metric and imperial kit configurations are available for different regional requirements
