What are the testcoatings.ca shipping hours? 

We ship orders Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will not be processed until the following business day.

Expedited shipping
 
Since our operations are designed with free shipping in mind, we ask you to give us a call to arrange expedited shipping. We will then send you a quote and a URL link to the payment page.
 
How long will it take before my order is shipped?

Stock items ship next day. Non stock items ship within 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location.

What countries does testcoatings.ca  ship to?

We ship only in Canada.

Can I use a package forwarding company?
 
No, we cannot ship our products to any package forwarding company. If a shipping address to a package forwarding company is provided, we will contact you and ask for a valid business or residential address located in Canada.
 
Shipping to US?
 
Currently we don’t ship to the US, but will gladly connect you to our US partners.
 
How can I check the status of my order?
 
If you are a guest buyer, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order. Members can check the status of their order by logging in to the ‘my account’ section located at the top of the page.

Warranty

Elcometer coating thickness gauge probes are covered by warranty for 12 months after the date of delivery except for fair wear and tear. Most warranty claims occur within a few weeks of delivery of the gauge. The serial numbers associated with the gauges give an indication of the date when the gauge was manufactured and this will be the first date against which warranty will be judged.

If the serial number does not confirm the customers claim for warranty, the second date referenced is that of the invoice when the gauge or probe was shipped. If the gauge or probe was held in stock by the Distributor or Dealer the date of shipment to the customer will be used. Proof of this date may be requested and should be in the form of a copy of the invoice showing the serial number of the gauge or probe.

Does testcoatings.ca  charge taxes?

Yes, we charge provincial sales tax according to the Canadian province where the order is being shipped.
